Cup Cake Party ....

This is the Cup Cake block I made for De. I am pleased with the result - hope you are too De.

Until this block I have only done paper piecing on simple patterns; but lots of foundation piecing - stitching onto very fine, unwoven, non-adhesive interfacing. This saves the exercise of tearing and removing all the pieces of paper - specially the fiddly bits in the seams. The result is a stabilised block.

I love the cats you have made for me. Looking forward to them arriving soon. This block goes into the mail tomorrow. Jan
